WUUK Wireless cam pro or WUUK smart doorbell Pro requires working with the WUUK base station. To complete the whole setup process, make sure to add the base station first.
If your Base Station fails to add to the App, please make sure you have troubleshot it via the following tips:
1, Make sure the WUUK Base Station has power and the LED turns on. If not, please use the provided 12V/2A power adapter in the package to power the base station. Make sure the power outlet has power first.

2, Make sure your smartphone is connecting to the Wi-Fi provided by the router with which the WUUK Base Station is linking via the provided Ethernet cable.
On the back of the base station, its network port light should be (more like) yellow. If not, try another Ethernet cable or router's LAN port.
Note: Your phone should not be connected to the Guest's Wi-Fi network. The LAN port is not dedicated to a set-top box.
3, The Base Station may take up to one minute to boot up. Please wait until the LED in front of your Base Station turns from blue to green. And make sure the TCP port 443 and 80 and the UDP port 0~65535 are enabled on your house router, especially if there is a firewall configured.
4, Go to phone Settings>WUUK app to make sure you've enabled Local Network permission (iOS above 15.0) and Location permission (Android)
