It's recommended to look for a central spot to place the base station and run a network diagnosis to find a place where the signal between the cameras and the base station is relatively good before installation. Also, try to avoid obstacles like walls and ceilings that weaken a WiFi signal.
Based on the situation, we may need to switch the WUUK base station to wireless mode and place it in the ideal spot.
Note:
1. The wired mode is much more stable than the wireless mode.
2. To complete the 1st-time setup, the WUUK base station should be connected to the router via ethernet cable. After that, you can continue using the wired mode or switch it to wireless mode.
Switch To Wireless Mode: (Supports 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi only）
1. Click the gear icon of the Base Station to go to device Settings>Connection Mode,
2. Switch to Wireless, then input the Wi-Fi network name and password
3. Unplug the Ethernet cable from the device.

1. Click the gear icon of the Base Station to go to device Settings>Connection Mode,
2. Plug in the ethernet cable and tap "Switch to wired".
