The instructions below are mainly about the WUUK APP Settings, and we'll update the content once the APP or the firmware releases a new version and add new features.

Customize the device name under your account. 1-50 characters
SD Card
The wired Cam supports a MicroSD card up to 256 GB (MicroSD card not included in the package)
The Pan& Tilt Cam requires using the SD card with the Format FAT32. After plugging the SD card into the cam, kindly go to the camera settings to check the SD card status.
-If the option shows "Action Required", you can just simply tap the option to format the SD card into FAT32 directly.
(The feature works with the firmware starting from version 1.0.51; you can go to Firmware Update to check the firmware status and up it to the newest)
-If it shows "No Card", the SD card might be defective to be recognized or there is no card.
Note: Please complete the pairing process before plugging the SD card into the Cam.
Recording Mode
Continuous Recording: It supports 24/7 Live Stream & Recording.
Event Only: The Cam will be triggered by the movements to record a video.
Cloud Service
We provide a 1-month trial for the Cloud Storage Service at no cost. Once you enable the cloud service on the APP, the trial Cloud Storage service will start immediately.
After the trial, you can also continue the Cloud Storage service by paying $2.99/month per device.
The option allows you to store 30-day rolling footage in the cloud and access it within that time span. To purchase the subscription, log in to www.wuuklabs.com and choose which device you want to pay for.
And you can cancel the renewal on WUUK official website. After the cancellation, there will be no deduction for the next month, and the fees paid this month will not be refunded, but the cloud deposit can be used until the end of the month.
Watermark And Time Format
Choose to display (or not) the WUUK brand logo/timestamp, as well as choose the time format to be displayed.
Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi that the pan tilt camera connects to
Motion
Motion detection: Toggle on/ off the Motion feature. Once the moving objects or humans enter the detection range, they can trigger the camera to take the recording.
-Detection zone: Determine the detection rage by adding an editing new zone. Only motion within those zones will trigger event recording.
Tap to select the region you want to adjust, touch the points to move the zone or adjust the area range, and save the change. Up to 5 zones can be added.
-Detection Sensibility: The sensitivity can be set to Low/ Medium/ High
Human Detection: As long as the human enters the detection range, the camera will take the recording.
-Motion Tracking: When this feature is enabled, the camera will automatically follow the movement automatically when the people are detected.
-Detection Sensibility: The sensitivity can be set to Low/ Medium/ High
Sound
Cry Detection
Once the baby's cry is detected, the intelligent camera will automatically start recording in time.
Recording Sound
There will be no sound in the recorded videos after this feature is disabled.
Notification
Notifications send permission at the device level.
Motion Notification: Notify human activities and other movements.
Note: When you receive the motion notifications, if the event is still recording, taping this notification can let you enter live view to check what's happening; if the event recording is completed, you'll enter the Event playback to check what happened.
Human Notification: Notify human activities detections.
Cry Notification: Once the baby cry is detected, the intelligent camera will automatically start recording in time and notify you.
Notification Sound: Choose your favorite ringtone.
To have the phone receive the notifications, please also enable the notification permissions below.
a. Notifications permission at the account/software level: Open the WUUK app and go to Account> General setting to toggle on Push Notification
b. Notifications permission enabled by your phone: Go to your phone settings, then select the WUUK app to enable Notification permission. Meanwhile, make sure to disable the Do Not Disturb Mode, and allow the WUUK app to run in the background.

Sleep Mode
If you set it to on, all major functions of the device, including recording, live view, LED status light, and others will be turned off.
Indicator Light
If this option is disabled, the LED Status light on the device will be turned off, but the recording feature won't be affected.
Screen Flip
If the option is turned on, the screen will be flipped by 180 degrees. You can use the included ceiling support to install the cam.
Firmware Update
A red dot means a new firmware version.
You can simply tap the option to update the firmware. Once the processing starts, you can quit the updating page directly, and the device will update itself automatically and reboot itself after the update.
Note: Make sure to run the WUUK APP on the top during the processing.
Night vision
- Auto: The infrared lights will be on at night under the event recording or live view.
- ON: The infrared lights will keep on all the time under the event recording or live view.
- OFF: The infrared lights will keep off all the time.
Time Zone
Switch to the correct time zone on the bound device according to your location, and remember not to forget to click Save. It would help if you made this change when you find that the time is wrong when you are operating the live view or viewing the event.
User Management
If you want to share the device, please select Add a User, enter his WUUK account, and send him an invitation. You can choose to add or remove the shared account.
The shared account can view all Base Station-bound devices of the shared account, and can also exit the sharing settings by itself.

Network Diagnosis
Each diagnosis only represents the current device status.
- WUUK Server: Check whether your phone has internet so far
- Device Connection: Check whether the phone is connecting to the camera.
- Device Signal: Check whether the camera is connecting to the Wi-Fi, as well as show the Internet signal strength. The greater the value tested, the stronger the signal is.
You can also view the signal history to check the connection status of the past few hours
Reboot Device
Restart your camera remotely on the APP. It will take a few minutes to reboot the device.
About Device
Show model number Y0510, its SN number & MAC Address
When you encounter any problems with the device, usually the SN number is provided as very important information to the support team, which can quickly solve your problem.
Remove Device
To delete this camera from your account.
