The instructions below are mainly about the WUUK APP Settings, and we'll update the content once the APP or the firmware releases a new version and add new features.

Device Name
Customize the device name under your account. 1–50 characters
SD Card
The wired cam pro v2 supports a MicroSD card up to 256 GB (MicroSD card not included in the package)
The wired cam pro v2 using the SD card with the Format FAT32. After plugging the SD card into the cam, kindly go to the camera settings to check the SD card status.
-If the option shows "Action Required", you can just simply tap the option to format the SD card into FAT32 directly.
(The feature works with the firmware starting from version 1.0.51; you can go to Firmware Update to check the firmware status and up it to the newest)
-If it shows "No Card", the SD card might be defective to be recognized or there is no card.
Note: Please complete the pairing process before plugging the SD card into the Cam.
Facial Recognition
Facial Recognition: Toggle on/off the facial recognition feature.
Detection Sensitivity: The sensitivity level is from low to high. The higher the sensitivity is, the more efficient the facial recognition is.
Face Profiles: Create and edit face profiles.
Clear All Data: Clear all facial recognition data.
Sentry Mode
Sentry Mode: Toggle on/off the Sentry Mode.
Note: Sentry mode needs to be used in conjunction with the facial recognition feature.
Manage Sound: Change the sound of the audio from the camera
Recording Mode
Continuous Recording: It supports 24/7 Live Stream & Recording.
Event Only: The Cam will be triggered by movements/human to record a video.
Cloud Service
We provide a 1-month trial for the Cloud Storage Service at no cost. Once you enable the cloud service on the APP, the trial Cloud Storage service will start immediately.
After the trial, you can also continue the Cloud Storage service by paying $3.99/month per device.
The option allows you to store 30-day rolling footage in the cloud and access it within that time span. To purchase the subscription, log in to www.wuuklabs.com and choose which device you want to pay for.
And you can cancel the renewal on WUUK official website. After the cancellation, there will be no deduction for next month, and the fees paid this month will not be refunded, but the cloud deposit can be used until the end of the month.
Watermark And Time Format
Choose to display (or not) the WUUK brand logo/timestamp, as well as choose the time format to be displayed.
Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi that the wired cam pro v2 connects to
Motion
Motion detection: Toggle on/ off the Motion feature. Once moving objects or humans enter the detection range, they can trigger the camera to take the recording.
-Detection zone: Determine the detection range. Only motion within those zones will trigger event recording.
Tap to select the region you want to adjust, touch the points to move the zone or adjust the area range, and save the change. Up to 5 zones can be added.
-Detection Sensibility: The sensitivity can be set to Low/ Medium/ High.
Human Detection: As long as the human enters the detection range, the camera will take the recording.
Pet Detection: As long as the cat /dog enters the detection range, the camera will take the recording.
Vehicle Detection: As long as the vehicle enters the detection range, the camera will take the recording.
-Detection Sensibility: The sensitivity can be set to Low/ Medium/ High
Sound
Recording Sound: There will be no sound in the recorded videos after this feature is disabled.
Notification
Notifications send permission at the device level.
Motion Notification: Notify movement/activity.
Human Notification: Notify if a human enters the detection range.
Pet Notification: Notify if a cat/dog enters the detection range.
Vehicle Notification: Notify if a vehicle enters the detection range.
Notification Sound: Choose your favorite ringtone.
To have the phone receive the notifications, please also enable the notification permissions below.
a. Notifications permission at the account/software level: Open the WUUK app and go to Account> General setting to toggle on Push Notification
b. Notifications permission enabled by your phone: Go to your phone settings, then select the WUUK app to enable Notification permission. Meanwhile, make sure to disable the Do Not Disturb Mode, and allow the WUUK app to run in the background.

Sleep Mode
If you set it on, all major functions of the device, including recording, live view, LED status light, and others will be turned off.
Indicator Light
If this option is disabled, the LED Status light on the device will be turned off, but the recording feature won't be affected.
Screen Flip
If the option is turned on, the screen will be flipped by 180 degrees. You can use the included ceiling support to install the cam.
Firmware Update
A red dot means a new firmware version.
You can simply tap the option to update the firmware. Once the processing starts, you can quit the updating page directly, and the device will update itself automatically and reboot itself after the update.
Note: Make sure to run the WUUK APP on the top during the processing.
Night vision
B&W Night Vision
With B&W Night Vision on, infrared lights will be automatically enabled when the camera is triggered to record a video. The picture and the videos will be saved in black and white.
Spotlight Night Vision
With Spotlight Night Vision on, infrared lights will be automatically enabled when the camera is triggered to record a video, as well as the spotlight. The picture and the videos will be saved in color.
Note: You will need to manually enable night vision when watching the live view.
OFF
Neither the infrared light nor the spotlights will be on, and the camera relies upon the environmental lights while recording the videos.
Lamp Socket
Light off: Enable this feature to turn off the light.
Time-based Rules:
Start time: Time to turn on the lights
End time: Time to turn off the lights
Motion/human-based Rules:
Light on for Motion: When the camera detects movement/activity, the light will turn on.
Light on for Human: When humans enter the detection range, the light will turn on.
Time: Choose how long the light will stay on when motion or human is detected.
Note: The two rules cannot be used simultaneously.
Time Zone
Switch to the correct time zone on the bound device according to your location, and remember not to forget to click Save. It would help if you made this change when you find that the time is wrong when you are operating the live view or viewing the event.
User Management
If you want to share the device, please select Add a User, enter his WUUK account, and send him an invitation. You can choose to add or remove the shared account.
The shared accounts can view the devices shared to them, and can also exit the sharing settings by themselves.

Network Diagnosis
Each diagnosis only represents the current device status.
- WUUK Server: Check whether your phone has internet so far
- Device Connection: Check whether the camera is connected to the phone.
- Device Signal: Check whether the camera is connecting to the Wi-Fi, as well as show the Internet signal strength. The greater the value tested, the stronger the signal is.
You can also view the signal history to check the connection status of the past few hours

Show model number Y0910, its SN number & MAC Address
When you encounter any problems with the device, usually the SN number is provided as very important information to the support team, which can quickly solve your problem.
Remove Device
To delete this camera from your account.
