When the WUUK Smart Doorbell Pro is disconnected, there are some reasons this could happen, and the troubleshooting you can try accordingly step by step：
（1）The connection status refresh failed. Kindly try to pull down the Dashboard page to refresh the status. Or to completely kill the WUUK app and enter again.
（2）The wireless cam is not powered up or is running out of battery. You can go to the Doorbell settings> Power management to check the last remaining battery recorded. Try to fully charge the doorbell and long press its power button to check if the doorbell can be powered up. (When the doorbell is charging, its indicator light will flash in stable green or stable blue.)
（3）The connection between the doorbell and WUUK Base Station is lost. At this point, the doorbell's light may flash in stable red. Please short press the power button 5 times, then long press the button to give the doorbell a whole reboot.
（4）The distance between the doorbell and WUUK Base Station is too far away. Try to move the cam and base station and make the Network diagnostic<Doorbell Setting until finding a good spot where the signal is relatively strong enough.
