The live view does not work after successful pairing. What should I do?

Make sure you have powered on your doorbell. If the doorbell is not turned on, you cannot access the camera remotely from the WUUK app.

Try rebooting your chime and doorbell, to see if the connection between the doorbell and the chime is dropped.

Start over and pair your device again. Please do not remove the device, instead, starting directly from "Add a new device".
