- Make sure the light on the chime is flashing red, which means the system is not in a pairing mode.
- Try to power off the doorbell and power it up again, then ring the doorbell a few times until you hear the chime ringing. This means the doorbell is linking to the chime internally.
- After Step 1 and Step 2 mentioned above, long-press the SET button on the right side of the chime for 3 seconds until hearing the chime announces "Ready to Scan" again (for the 2nd time).
- If at this time, your doorbell is powered on, you should hear "Ready to scan the QR code" from the doorbell and proceed with the rest of the setup process.
