If your baby monitor and app are no longer displaying temperature and humidity readings, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Confirm the Sensor is Plugged In
Ensure the Thermometer/Hygrometer is securely plugged into the baby camera.
A loose connection is a common cause of missing readings. Push the sensor firmly into the port until it’s tightly attached.
2. Re-Plug the Sensor
If the sensor appears plugged in, but readings are still missing:
Gently unplug the sensor from the camera.
Wait a few seconds, then reinsert the sensor carefully and firmly.
