If your videos and events display the wrong time, there are a few troubleshooting steps that can be taken to resolve this.
Update the time zone setting in WUUK App
The first step you can take is to try to re-sync the WUUK app with your local time.

Using the WUUK app, navigate to the Devices tab and click the Settings icon
for the WUUK cam or devices on the Dashboard you need to correct the timestamp.

Tap the Time Zone.

Select the correct time zone and save the selection to adjust its timestamp to the time on your phone or tablet.
Still Having Difficulty?
If the behavior continues, create a support ticket and note the displayed time, the actual time of the event, and your local time zone in the support ticket.
