I heard 'Failing to pair' from the chime. What should I do?
- Check your app to see if it shows that the device has already been paired with someone else. If this is the case, please ask them to release the device and try pairing again.
- Check if the WiFi user name and password are correct.
- Check if your WiFi network is 2.4G.
- Sometimes routers may have transient failures and refuse connection from the device. You can unplug and plug the chime back in, then pair with the device again.
