The live view does not work after successful pairing. What should I do?
- Make sure you have powered on your doorbell. If the doorbell is not turned on, you cannot access the camera remotely from the WUUK app.
- Try rebooting your chime and doorbell, to see if the connection between the doorbell and the chime is dropped.
- Start over and pair your device again. Please do not remove the device, instead, starting directly from "Add a new device".
