If the light on the chime is red, it means the chime gets disconnected from the Internet.
- Please check if your router can access the Internet successfully.
- Please check if you have changed the WiFi name or password after pairing.
- Please reboot the chime by unplugging it from the socket and plugging it back in. It takes about 3 minutes for the chime to reboot until you hear "System Ready".
