The doorbell system includes two parts: the doorbell camera and the chime, and the system is remotely controlled by the WUUK app.
The video doorbell detects motion and sends the video stream to the chime. It also allows you to answer the door anytime and anywhere.
The chime receives video data from the doorbell. It then stores them in the SD card or uploads them to the cloud following the option you select to use.
When someone rings the doorbell, the chime plays a sound.
The connections among all the relevant pieces, including the WUUK app, WUUK chime, and the doorbell are all built on top of the WiFi network you choose to pair the system with, therefore the speed and whether the WiFi router is accessing the internet decide the performance of the doorbell system.
