You can fix most issues by restarting the chime and the doorbell.
It means unplugging the chime from the power outlet and plugging back in to give it a reboot, and powering off the doorbell and powering up again until you hear "Hello, WUUK" announcement.
WARNING:
DO NOT run through the pairing process again or remove the device from your WUUK app, unless suggested by our customer service.
