After you insert a new, supported size SD card into the chime, if it does not work properly, do the card formatting via the WUUK app. Dashboard -> the Gear icon next to your doorbell's name ->SD card When press on the SD card option, it will give you an option to do formatting. Plus, if the problem remains, try to connect the SD card to a laptop to check if the card can be recognized. And it's suggested to format the SD card into FAT32.
