The WUUK device can pair to only one WUUK account at the same time.
If WUUK devices have already paired with one account, you have to unbind the device first from the old account, then run the pairing process again with your new WUUK account.
Note: if you've encountered any unexpected issues when changing the WUUK account or logging back into your old account, please reach WUUK Support team directly for further assistance.
Follow the steps below to complete the account change:
Step 1: Remove Devices
Make sure to remove the whole wireless Cam system from your account.
Kindly go to the Base Station setting and remove the device, referring to How To Remove WUUK Devices? – Wuuk Labs Corp.
Step 2: Log out and sign up
Log out of the current email, tap "Account", click on the email on top, and log out.
Sign up for a new account using a new email, then you can bind device with new account.
