No matter how easy a system setup process is, there will always be some issues that could prevent them from working as it was designed. If you have difficulties connecting the WUUK Wireless Cam Pro to the WUUK Base Station, there are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Make sure that the base station's indicator light is on and stays solid green, which means the base station is normally powered on and has internet access.

2. Check the wireless cam pro has power and is turned on. You can short-press the power button more than 5 times to turn off the camera until the camera announces 3 beeps; Or long-press the power button until you hear the audio message "Hello, WUUK"
3. Get the camera into pairing mode. Turn on the wireless cam, then keep pressing the power button of the camera until the indicator light turns flashing red.

4. Try to unplug the power cord of the base station and plug it back in to give it a reboot. Then run through the whole pairing process again.
